The club lounge was a letdown. I went there hoping for a relaxing evening, but the limited food options were disappointing. I wanted to take a glass of wine to my room. The staff refused this simple request, despite me staying on the club floor. It's frustrating when a hotel doesn't accommodate guests in this way, especially when paying extra for club access. The fitness center was also overpriced.

the tower view room provided amazing panoramic views, especially at night. its size was spacious. i found the location convenient. the metro lines and airport buses were easily accessible.
the gym access required an extra charge, which seemed unusual for a hotel of this caliber.

I really appreciate the free breakfast. A diverse and yummy selection. i also got an upgrade, and the room had a cool view of the tower! it made my last few days so special and i hope to return soon.
the gym cost extra which i think is a bit off. a fifteen pound fee seemed steep for a quick workout. i believe access should be included with the room, but maybe i'm asking too much.

i found the reception staff helpful and cute. my room was quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable. i was happy with the jacuzzi bath after long days exploring. the basement level had a convenient lawsons.
