Overall, the hotel has a great view of the Tokyo Tower and the rooms are beautiful, but I found the dining options quite limited and quite expensive. The service was generally friendly, making for a comfortable stay despite some drawbacks. I enjoyed the surrounding area, but the location felt a bit more business-oriented, which isn't ideal for tourists. I might not choose to stay here again due to the location and dining experience.

The view of the Tokyo Tower from my room was fantastic! However, the corner room I paid extra for did not allow me to see the tower comfortably from the bed.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, even if communication could have been better at times.
Location
6.0
The hotel is situated in a quiet area near a beautiful temple, but it felt more like a business district, which wasn't the most convenient for my needs.
Dining
5.0
Dining options at the hotel were pricey and lacked variety, particularly for those with dietary restrictions like vegans.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had nice amenities, like the rooftop bar with amazing views, but it was often crowded and hard to get a spot.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with spacious rooms and modern amenities. The location is excellent, close to major areas like Roppongi and Ginza, but the check-in experience left much to be desired. While my room was clean and had a great view of the Tokyo Tower, the service could be improved, especially during check-in and regarding room service issues.

Rooms

The rooms were very spacious by Tokyo standards and featured modern furnishings. My room had a great view of the Tokyo Tower, which was a highlight of my stay.
Service
5.0
The service was not ideal, particularly at check-in, where I felt the staff were unprofessional. I experienced issues with room service and received a dismissive response regarding a health concern I raised.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located very conveniently with access to Aoyama, Roppongi, and Ginza just a short trip away, making it easy to explore Tokyo.
Dining
5.0
I didn't have the chance to experience breakfast or dining options thoroughly, but I did order room service which unfortunately didn't meet my expectations and affected my experience.
Facilities

The hotel featured great amenities, but I didn't take full advantage of them during my stay, focusing instead on exploring the city.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the views of Tokyo Tower were truly breathtaking and the service was exceptional, I found the rooms to be a bit dated and lacking basic cleanliness. The location is convenient but not particularly close to dining options, which was a bit unfortunate. Overall, there are some highlights, but certain aspects need significant improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower, which was a highlight, but it felt really dated and could use a refresh. Also, I noticed that the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly during my stay.
Service
9.0
The service was exceptional; the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. They made my experience much more enjoyable.
Location
7.0
The hotel is positioned conveniently next to Tokyo Tower, but it's not close to many restaurants or attractions, which means you need to rely on taxis or trains for dining options.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were a bit limited, and prices were on the higher side, which made every meal feel like a splurge.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were decent, but the gym did come with an extra fee which I found surprising compared to other hotels I've visited.

I had a wonderful stay at the Prince Park Tower. The room was spacious, clean, and offered an amazing view of Tokyo Tower at night. The breakfast was impressive with both a buffet and silver service options, although the dinner options in-house were limited. Overall, it's a luxurious experience, but the prices do reflect that upscale feel.

The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a good selection at both the buffet and silver service options. However, dining options for dinner were limited, as we chose to eat out instead.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious Garden Suite Room which was perfect for my family. The amenities were fantastic with so much to do on-site, and being close to Tokyo Tower was a plus. However, I wish there was more clarity regarding the pool access and the coffee shop timings in the morning. Overall, a great experience that I'd definitely repeat.

Rooms
9.0
The Garden Suite Room was spacious and provided amazing views of Tokyo Tower, with plenty of room for our luggage. Despite a quirky swinging door leading to the bedroom, the overall layout worked well for our family.
Service
9.0
The staff went above and beyond, helping us plan our itinerary and even bringing ice to our room when requested.
Location
10.0
The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, it's just a short walk to Tokyo Tower and the lively Roppongi district.
Dining
7.0
While the buffet breakfast offered both Japanese and western options and was very enjoyable, the coffee shop opening times were a bit frustrating for morning meetings.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great amenities including a bowling alley and a convenience store, but access to the pool was not included in the price.
